Commtech stocks a wide range of 2 core, 3 core and 4 core domestic flex in a variety of conductor sizes, usually in Black or White and typically on 100m drums, although 200m drums or above can be delivered to order with 48 hours notice

2 CORE DOMESTIC FLEX 2182Y is normally used as an indoor general wiring cable primarily for installations in public areas. Examples include use on pendant lighting drops or as a general supply lead. 2192Y is a light duty cable for use in domestic premises, kitchens and offices. For use with light portable appliances such as radios, table lamps and office machines. Normally unsuitable for outdoor and industrial use. 3182Y is generally used in household appliances such as washing machines, spin dryers and refrigerators. Normally unsuitable for outdoor use or industrial applications.

Larger drum sizes in 6242Y and 6242B can normally be supplied with 48 hours notice – subject to stock availability.

TWIN & EARTH Domestic wiring cable for the surface wiring of sockets and lighting. Can be installed in fixed installations in dry or damp premises clipped to surface, on trays or in free air where mechanical damage would not be an issue. Also suitable for laying in conduit or trunking where mechanical protection is required

HO7RN-F Single & Multi Core Power Cables

Commtech provides a range of HO7RN-F single and Multi Core heavy duty rubber coated power cables.

HO7RN-F cables use Neoprene (PCP) in the outer sheath which provides improved abrasion resistance and the ability to withstand many oils and chemicals making HO7RN-F cables suitable for most demanding applications.

HO7RN-F RUBBER COATED POWER CABLES Rubber coated HO7RN-F power cable designed to withstand weather, oils/greases, mechanical and thermal stresses. General applications include handling equipment, mobile generators, worksites, use as feed cable for heavy mobile equipment.
